Bumble @ Stars & Embers Glamping Reviews

Michael
We loved our stay in July 2025. We stayed for 2 nights, a family of 4 with son and daughter, 19 and 17. Sitting in the hot tub at 11 pm as the summer mist swept through the meadow was magical. Amazing stay. The accommodation was glamping at its best the fresh white dressing gowns were the perfect touch. Thank you xxx
Gerard
An absolute hidden gem! Such a beautiful setting and gorgeous accommodation. It has everything you need for the perfect glamping experience with a lovely wood fired hot tub. Clean, comfy beds and amazing hosts. We will definitely be back.
Excellent location, fantastic views, good location for travelling to various parts of Cornwall
We had the most amazing stay. The accommodation was superb, facilities hot tub bathroom kitchen all first class. Comfy beds with extra blankets, plenty of towels. As a family aged 1656 we had such a great stay, we wanted some off grid time together & Bumble gave us that!. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
Antonia
This place is a true gem! The owners are lovely, knowledgeable and their attention to detail is spot on. Our stay at Bumble was wonderful we arrived in Storm Antoni but also saw strong sunshine during our week, yet our whole stay was comfortable, clean and pretty luxurious. The local wildlife enthralled our son, the hot tub was a hit for all and the wood fired oven and stove allowed for some perfectly cooked pizzas. Everything about this place is well thought out and homely a small thing but ever so important after a beach day, the shower is hot and powerful. Cannot recommend enough!
Elliott
Beautiful place to stay. Quiet, great scenery, and the kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back next year.
We absolutely loved our stay here. We are keen campers but fancied something nicer for a change and this exceeded all expectations! It was the perfect location to explore Cornwall and to relax after a day of sightseeing. My husband and 2 young daughters loved the hot tub! We would sit and watch the sky at night and saw loads of shooting stars and even some planets! We will definitely be back again soon. An amazing holiday full of amazing family memories and brilliant hosts to top it off!
What.a wonderful place! We were a family of five, with a dog, and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was great, the hot tub a real treat we enjoyed lots and the setting really perfect. We were able to relax and feel we were getting away from it all, while enjoying fun packed days out and some great food. Great fo exploring the sites of Cornwall and the lovely beaches.. Fowey, Charlestown, Goran Haven and Megavisey all super locations with beaches and good amenities. Hosts were ee wonderful. Brilliant base.. Super two weeks. Will be back! Thanks Fish family.

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again! I run several beauty studios around the country so really struggle with switching off and just taking a breather! I felt so relaxed and calm throughout the stay and it was exactly what I needed. It was also such a lovely setting to reconnect with a loved one and just appreciate the tiny things again! Thank you so much! We will come back for sure ... awaiting the couples retreat when its made please drops an email xx Thank you, Shanice and karl xx
Had a fastastic week staying at Stars and Embers! The tent was brilliant, very well equipped and the wood burner kept us nice and warm on an evening. The beds were very comfy and warm too. Another great feature was the luxury of an electric shower in the tent. The owners are very friendly and helpful with the wood fuelled hot tub fired up and good to go for our arrival on the first evening. They also offered some great advice on activities to do and places to visit in the area. The fire pit area is also really cool, great to sit around and have a few drinks on an evening. 100 will be recommending stars and embers to friends and family.
Andrew
Stars and Embers Glamping provided us with the perfect holiday. The tent itself was extremely comfortable and everything had been thought of. The setting is truly beautiful and we loved sitting in the wood fired hot tub watching the stars. It is very convenient for both North and South Cornwall but in a quiet rural setting. Tony and Amber were very friendly and helpful. A truly perfect escape. We will definitely visit again.
Amber and Tony at Stars & Embers have gone above and beyond to set up one of Cornwalls if not the UKs best glamping sites. There are just two tents in a huge wildflower meadow which runs down to a stream and a firepit. The tents and their contents are new and sparklingly clean. The beds are so comfortable, the shower hot and powerful, and the wood fired hot tub is to die for. Amber and Tony are always available for local advice such as the best beaches, walks or farm shops. The site is ideally located for both North and South coasts, and only a 15 min drive to Truro if needed. We cant recommend this glamping experience highly enough.
We recently returned from this amazing place and can't recommend it enough. The tent is spacious, incredibly well equipped and spotlessly clean. Building fires every day felt like a treat and we loved living a simpler life so close to nature. sitting in the hot tub in the evening and taking in the scenery was the icing on the cake. The owners literally can't do enough for you and it is clear that building these tents was a labour of love for them. Thank you so much!
