This cabin is absolutely beautiful, you will not find a better view from the private decking. We stayed for 3 nights and couldnt fault it. The owners are really nice people not forgetting their lovely dog. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you
Alison
Stayed when temperatures were 30& every day, and the cabin heats up very quickly. We left the door open overnight to try and get some relief! Hot tub we turned down, used it more as a plunge pool? So that was a bonus!
Had a wonderful relaxing week at this cosy little pod. Its in a wonderful location, private with fantastic views of the countryside and its own little garden. I even saw an owl while relaxing in the hot tub! Very comfortable friendly, helpful hosts, will definitely be returning.

Very nice house and a wonderful, very quiet place, perfect for relaxing for two
What a lovely cabin and location
A little slice of Heaven! Fantastic views, wonderful pod with all you need and the luxury of a fabulous hot tub! Absolutely loved it. The pod was situated above the owners property giving you privacy but a sense of safety if alone on holiday.....and up a long but steady incline of steps. The little private garden alongside was an added bonus with such views! And the layout of the pod with a second door to the hot tub was very practical. Hot tub and warm starlit nights! I know I will be returning as soon as I can. Thank you for such a relaxing and peaceful holiday!
Claire
We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Rhiw. Such breathtaking views from the pod which were beautiful to wake up to! The pod was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to hand, with the added bonus of the hot tub!! Thank you so much for our lovely stay!
Great stay, location was great for where we wanted to go, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!
We had a lovely stay at the Rhiw! We were greeted upon arrival and the host was lovely and welcoming. The pod was well stocked and cozy. The smart TV was an added bonus! Everything was super clean and tidy and the hottub was amazing with beautiful views and even though it was close to the hosts home, it was very private. It is in an isolated area, however there are lots of things to do with only a short drive. Overall, we had such a relaxing weekend away and we would definitely recommend the Rhiw.
Kirsty
Gorgeous pod with a great location. Very clean. Hosts leave you to enjoy your stay but are close enough to be on hand if needed. Lovely views. On clear nights you see shooting stars! Wouldn't be suitable for anyone with any mobility issues as the stairs are a work out but I loved that it was high up and out of the way!
Brenda
We had a really lovely stay, so beautiful the and scenery stunning, it was so private and peaceful, owners were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
Matthew

Alana Ellen
Really nice stay, really cosy and we loved the hot tub. It was close to the owners house however it still felt secluded and private. The cabin itself was so nice and clean on the inside and has everything you need, they left us a bottle of champagne which was extremely thoughtful. Overall the property is expensive so we wouldn't spend much longer than a weekend, however it was an extremely relaxing time in the middle of the Welsh countryside
Alycia
Gorgeous little cabin, in which the husband and son hand built so extra special and lovely
Hannah
Perfect for two! We had the most relaxing four night stay. Great layout, you can step straight out of the door into the hot tub, which feels very secluded and private but still has lovely views, watched a beautiful sunrise from there, lots of different birds, and looks amazing lit by moonlight too. Thank you for accommodating our very last minute same day booking and very late 1am arrival.
We had lovely 2 night stay. Hot tub was ready for us on arrival and was well enjoyed after long walks. The rhiw is well located with access to north and south Wales. Thank you for a lovely stay Jamie, Peggy and Simba

This property is a slice of heaven, lovely views from the pod, cute little garden with seating to look out over the fields. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, didnt feel cramped in anyway shape or form. Bed was extremely comfortable so was the double sofachair for watching tv. We had everything we needed from kitchen accessories to towels, robes etc for the hot tub which was fantastic day or night. Everything was clean and tidy, you can tell the pod was made with love and affection. The hosts were friendly and approachable! Great base we went to Bangor, Aberystwyth, Devils Bridge, BetwsYCoed, Welshpool, New Town, Zip World. Great escape in any weather. Lots of leaflets and information in the pod for you if you dont pre plan activities, plenty of walkingforest not a far drive away. Visit Powis Castle and Gardens its beautiful there & National Trust. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be visiting again in the future! Sam, Craig & Bailey x
It was absolutely gorgeous. So cosy, just perfect for a quiet get away. Felt like camping with all the creature comforts you needed, a beautiful view and the fact I could bring my puppy on his first holiday was great. The hot tub was beautiful.
Fantastic Property and Location. Hot Tub was great. A pefect break. Very quite exept for the odd sheep bleeting. Bats were amazing to watch from the Hot Tub. Loads of diffrent birds flying around. It would have been perfect if there had been no clouds at night. Will definetly book again.
Bethany
We had a lovely stay at The Rhiw. The views from the pod are stunning and it has everything you need. The hot tub is a luxury and we felt comfortable during our stay and had privacy from the owners house. We stayed on a hot weekend and the owners were really helpful and lent us a fan as it gets quite warm in the little pod. Something to note is that it's not fully fenced off for dog, we kept ours on a lead whenever we took him outside but this wasn't a problem for us he fit under the gap of the board that could be pulled over by the steps. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and we would love to return in the colder months to experience a cosy vibe D
This holiday was a gift from my husband for my 60th bday. An amazing pod with everything you would need, brilliant views, peace and quiet apart from crows!! The only downside was the constant whining and barking of the owner's dog, which was so distressing for us.
Had a great time the weather was great, views to die for.
Absolutely lovely stay thank you so much xx
This pod is beautiful, the views are to die for. The owners are lovely and leave you alone to enjoy your experience. Sitting in the hottub at night and looking up at the stars is stunning. The pod is very cosy, comfortable and has everything you need. Sit in the little garden with the fire pit going is great. I will definitely go back. Thankyou Nickie and Peter .
Lauren
Perfect little get away. We had a quiet and relaxing stay at the rhiw. Everything we needed was there and more. the view was stunning and the hot tub under the stars were second to none. Thankyou for a wonderful break away, we will definitely be returning
Absolutely amazing accommodation everything you will ever desire is on offer. Cabin is so cute and felt like a home from home straight away, everything you need is already provided air fryers and hot plates for cooking, don't miss out x.
The Rhiw is an unique pod, small but perfectly formed, in our opinion! Its position is tucked away, behind & above the owners' property, but completely private despite the proximity. Completely cosy, due to central heating, very comfortable bed, & brilliant idea of separate access from hottub to the bathroom, keeping drips away from the living space! Chair is a bit cosy for 2, but owners are aware, have a plan in mind!! Fantastic views from the front of the pod, and the side garden, and brilliant star gazing when weather allowed! from the hottub, with several shooting stars observed!? A complete get away from it all location not an A road within 7 miles be careful following SatNav to other locations, as some of the routes can be rather adventurous, to say the least ! Hosts could not be faulted, very friendly upon arrival and departure, but happy to leave us in peace, in between we have no doubt they would have fallen over themselves to help, if we had experienced any problems! Altogether, a lovely break away from normal life even if it rained almost every day!! Thank you.
Stephanie
Lovely, romantic, comfortable stay. Beautiful views and hot tub under the stars is amazing. WiFi is a little patchy could use an extender. Also the poor doggy in the outside kennel was crying all afternoon on a couple of days which made it tricky to relax. Otherwise really nice stay.
Very nice and relaxing
Lovely place ,very private ,lovely owners and loved the hot tub seeing a shooting star was just the icing on the cake
Lacy-anne
