Ash Reviews

Amazing getaway not too far from Plymouth, felt like you was in the middle of nowhere but only down the road from Saltash. Very quiet and so relaxing, hot tub was perfect! The sheep outside made it extra special! Will be staying here again

Claire
A wonderful relaxing stay with fabulous views of the Tamar Valley.
The Pod Ash is was a great place to stay with subject to foglow cloud fantastic views over the River Tamar valley. Very quiet and tucked away from the hustle of everyday life it a well needed break and the pod was very well planned out with enough space to store what we had. We will look forward to finding a similar pod elsewhere in the Southwest.
Peace and quite gorgeous view with a lovely cabin. Heaven
Accommodation was amazing! Provided you with everything youll need. Lots of space and very cosy.
Amazing place ,lovely location would highly recommend
We both loved our stay and enjoyed a much needed break in this beautifully peaceful setting. We've tried a few shepards huts and this is deffantly one we shall be returning to and recommending to all family and friends!
Beautiful views, cosey and welcoming, very clean and well equipt. Weather was as expected for Decmber but the cabin and the hot tub stayed warm regardless. Very peaceful and relaxing 3 days thank you
The pod had everything and more. The bed was comfy and the views were stunning. The hot tub was set up and ready to go when we arrived so we didnt have to wait for it to warm up which was brilliant. All supplies were provided from plenty of loo roll to washing up liquid and even kitchen roll, tin foil and Clingfilm. The location is brilliant, remote and private but close enough to the main road to get out and explore all the beaches within a 4560 minute drive. We are definitely planning on another visit.
Fabulous location and lovely accommodation. Loved the view, the pod was well equipped and very comfortable. Friendly host, thank you for a wonderful holiday.
The property was well kept and clean, in a very tranquil setting. Has everything you need for a short stay, and felt surprisingly spacious for the size! We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Liz was very helpful and provided very accurate information. Her replies were very quick and she was very accommodating. The lodge itself was immaculate and had everything you could ever need for a break away. The hot tub was very clean and lovely to admire the vue at sunset. Overall I couldnt rate this place highly enough !
We had a fabulous stay, it was clean, comfortably and cosy. The hot tub was fantastic and the views fabulous. Thank you.
We had an absolutely beautiful stay. Perfect for a long, peaceful weekend. The lodge was so clean and tidy, the directions provided after booking were spot on and the lodge was easy to find. Plus, the hottub just added to that relaxation. Sitting in there at night watching the stars, or an early morning dip. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you so much!!
Lovely place to stay, very clean very comfortable. Has everything you could need. Hot tub great. Very pleased with directions , much needed. The only minor thing I would say is a outside light by the path to the drive that was light sensitive just to see your way to the car would be helpful. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful venue in a perfect location for exploring either side of the CornwallDevon boarder. The hot tub was perfect and the extra towels were an unexpected bonus, but a folding airer would have been beneficial. The only issue we had was with the doors, which have appeared to have dropped making them difficult to open and close smoothly. The sheep were extremely friendly and made eating outside even more fun. By far the most wonderful moment was the open countryside and dark skies which allowed us to capture the Aurora Borealis Northern Lights above the property on the first night.
Victoria
What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The cabin was spotless and had some very cute touches to it. As for the view, breathtaking. Would highly recommend staying here.
Andrew

Absolutely stunning views and the stay was so pleasant . Everything was just as we expected. Tranquility at its best. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and looking around at nature. The hosts are very warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou for a wonderful stay and being so responsive when I had a thousand questions!
Rachel
Me and my partner stayed here for the weekend for my birthday and it was absolutely lovely! The pod was so clean, comfortable and had lots of amenities. The location was perfect so quiet and a beautiful landscape, not to mention the adorable sheep that were right next to our pod! I would highly recommend this place for a nice getaway. We had the best time and would definitely come back! Not too far away from anything and plenty to do
Cabin was maintained well, presented to a high level! Would highly recommend to friends and family. Have already started looking at dates for our next visit.
