The ground floor features an open-plan living space with Freeview Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge. French doors lead from the dining area onto the wraparound patio. A partitioned double bedroom (4ft 6in) and shower room complete the ground floor.
