Pine Lodge Reviews

Danielle
We had a lovely stay in Pine Lodge. The Lodge was very clean and the surrounding gardens are lovely and well kept. The kitchen has a good selection of potspans crockery etc and there were plastic glasses for use in the hot tub, which was clean and at the perfect temperature in the evenings given how hot is was. Absolutely stunning views and nice to watch the sheep in the fields and get a visit from a very friendly corgi. Only feedback is the blinds in the bedroom don't cover the whole window so light comes through early morning but this didn't bother us too much. Good location for Brecon Beacons and the black mountains.
Beautiful views, but some room for improvement. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and the fantastic nature at Pine Lodge. The hot tub was an absolute highlight, offering a breathtakingly beautiful view. However, the lodge is quite limited in space, and it would highly benefit from adding more storage options for guests. Additionally, replacing or upgrading the indoor furniture would greatly improve overall comfort. While the kitchen is on the smaller side, we were pleased to find that the inventory was surprisingly complete
We loved this accommodation, it very warm and cosy with great facilities, with a lovely compact kitchen. The hot tub was perfect. the location is stunning on the western edge of the Brecon beacons national park. The owners Brain and Delyth were very helpful. There are so many amazing places to visit nearby and across the national park. Shops and pubs are about 9 miles away so worth stocking up. The red kite feeding station is just one mile away, and strongly recommend the walk around Llyn y Fan lakes
Absolutely stunning . . did not want to leave .. owners were lovely and also the dogs which my son enjoyed .. definitely recommend if your looking for a quiet chilled break with beautiful scenery then this is the one .. will deffo book again

Beautiful location, wonderful hospitality, cant recommend enough.
Such a fabulous lodge in stunning surroundings. So peaceful and relaxing, a great place to relax and unwind especially sitting in the hot tub gazing out at the beautiful Welsh countryside. The lodge is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here and would highly recommend.
Daniella
The most wonderful place to stay while exploring the Brecon Beacons. Private and secluded but felt that our hosts were at the end of the phone if we needed them. They went above and beyond to help celebrate a birthday which was really appreciated. The lodge is set in beautiful surroundings and the hot tub was an added bonus. Would love to stay again soon and would highly recommend to others!
Its was such a lovely place to stay. It was so easy to keep tidy and we had everything we needed. And the dogs were lovely

There is a problem with shower as pressure VERY LOW and settings where either boiling hot or ice cold this was nentioned by previous people staying there in these book but hasnt been addressed. Leak at bottom of toilet had to use a towel to prevent slipping on it in the bathroom.Microwave needs putting up so people can find it and not hidden away next to sofa on floor,i think this needs repositioning due to fact my partner was diabled and was a problem. In the pictures it doesn't show u that you practically next to a barn which on other side is the landlord's dwelling not very pleasant as thought it was a distant away atleast and next 5o that is there work sheds besides that is was pleasant and relaxing to an extent.
